Eh, it was fine for a night as we traveled across Texas, but definitely not worth what we paid. Positives: beds were comfortable, staff was nice Negatives: we ran out of hot water after the second shower (4 people) not even long showers, breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about, tv and fridge weren’t working. Front staff was notified in the morning. The man was nice and said he would have fixed it last night, but it wasn’t worth our short stay, just let him know for the next guests. Local restaurants close early so be aware.

Made this reservation a month in advance. The personal set me up with All my requests, top floor away from the freeway. Super quiet and very comfortable. Great pressure in the bathroom. Well lit parking and an excellent Continental breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff topped of this stay right along the Fantastic rate !!

Positive: Very convenient off the highway. Water pressure for shower was good. Nice coffee machine. I was able to get a cappuccino and latte. Negative: The worst bed that I have ever slept on in a hotel.

We arrived late at night, the comforter had blood stains. I took a photo to the front desk and THEY argued with me that it was fresh. Then they claimed i didn't tell them we had 2 service dogs, which i did, and they asked me several interrogating questions drilling me about the dogs, which is illegal. I felt i was at an interrogation instead of checking out. We arrived at breakfast an hour before it ended and and they were out of most items.... i do not recommend this hotel.

Unbelievable. We check in, room has no hot water to shower. The phone doesn't work to call front desk. Walk to the front desk and have to ring a bell or there is a sign saying back in 10. Tells me to just let the water run because she has hot water in the office... I go back still no hot water. When my son explains this she moves us to another room, and this is what we got! When we told her the bed was broken she got defensive and argumentative raising her voice at me in the lobby in front of other customers! My son and I left! I have left multiple messages for corporate Best Western. My business will be going elsewhere permanently if BW doesn't make this right and remove incompetent, unprofessional, and unkind people from positions of responsibility!

Very run-down property! Our first clue was when we pulled in the parking lot. It had beer bottles scattered and landscaping was untended. The room really needed a good cleaning. Ice machine was not working. Furniture was dusty. It had paper toweling wrapped around where the shower meets the wall. Perhaps it was leaking? Breakfast was cold with limited options.|Best Western used to be our favorite brand of hotel. What is going on? One of our worst stays, ever!!

Made a reservation online at about 11pm for that night. Staff was welcoming when we arrived. Room was clean, and the lobby smelt amazing. Beds were comfortable, AC worked great and there was plenty of hot water. Overall a great place to rest for the night before continuing on our way.

Extremely kind and helpful staff... We walked in ask for a room late at night and have had the best experience. Clean comfortable and decently priced for an unplanned stop. Would definitely recommend
